TERESA FORD CHOPE
Founder
Teresa is a native Kentuckian who resides in Brookline, Massachusetts.
Following a fifteen-year career in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical space, Teresa has been an entrepreneur involved in a broad range of projects from biotech consulting and product planning to start-ups in
travel and education technology. The centerline of all these experiences
has been her interest in project planning and bringing together talented, highly motivated people who are aligned in their desire to deliver
exceptional outcomes. To Teresa, Boost feels like an incredible fusion
all these interests and experiences.
Teresa loves gathering friends, travel - anywhere, friendly but
competitive tennis, long walks with her incredible husband and their
dogs, playing with her inspiring kids, and finding meaningful
ways to serve others.

MARLA FORD
Creative Services Director, Boost DC
Marla is a native Kentuckian, who has lived in the Washington area for more than 20 years and currently resides in Bethesda, Maryland.
With a background in nutrition, Marla has a depth of experience in client services and sales. After a 10-year stint in pharmaceutical sales with Merck & Co., she transitioned to opportunities that allowed her to focus on her passions for working with people and creative services including relocation services, catering, interior design and organization. Marla is a member of National Association of Professional Organizers. She has a particular interest in personalizing one's space by re-purposing family heirlooms and adding functionality and flow to clients’ homes and offices.
Marla’s loves cooking family recipes alongside her daughter, working in her garden and entertaining friends. She delights in seeing beautiful interiors and was delighted to chair the Georgetown House Tours for several years.

CHRISTINE GASPARICH
Creative Director & Interior Design Partner
Christine is a native New Yorker who recently moved to Boston after spending seven years in Washington, DC.
After several years planning trips for guests of the State Department's International Visitor Leadership Program and working on public events in New York, Aspen, and DC for the Aspen Institute, Christine decided to pursue a lifelong dream to become an interior designer. She spent one wonderful year learning the ropes at Elizabeth Kannan Interior Design, and concurrently launched her own company, Christine Alice Interiors. Christine's home was featured on the lifestyle website Design Sponge, and her wedding was featured in the Fall 2011 issue of Martha Stewart Weddings. To Christine, Boost feels like the place where all of her favorite parts of her past work experiences tie together.
Christine loves everything design, antiquing, running,
painting, and gardening.
